DICON is a magazine published by Dispatch, an online media company that regularly covers news in the Korean entertainment industry. Dispatch has published 12 issues of DICON so far, each focusing on a famous idol group.
Yesterday Mamamoo`s agency RBW Entertainment presented on the official Twitter account of the girl group the cover for the new album together with the release date and the so far unknown title: "I SAY MAMAMOO: THE BEST" will be released on September 15th.
