Shipping & Returns
The standard shipping within Germany is €4.95. Shipping is free for orders over €60.
The standard shipping to Austria is €8.95. For an order value of €60, the shipping costs are €4.95, and for an order value of €120, the shipping costs are free.
You can find more detailed information about delivery costs under “Which countries do you deliver to and how do the delivery costs differ?”.
Packages within Germany are usually processed and shipped within up to 7 working days, while international shipments may take up to 14 working days. (Holidays and weekends are excluded). During the holidays, there may be delays on the part of DHL and us.
If a pre-order item is included in your order, all items will be shipped together after the item is released. You can find more detailed information about delivery times for pre-order items on the respective product page.
As soon as the package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping notification via email. Please check your email account under 'Inbox' or 'Spam/Junk Mail' for a shipping confirmation from 'Nolae'. In this email, you will find a link to track the status of your package.
You can also track your order through our website. All you need is the tracking number, or alternatively, you can provide your order number with email here.
We always ship posters rolled. All packages, whether with or without a poster, are packed carefully and well protected.
You will automatically receive an order confirmation after placing your order. You will receive the shipping confirmation automatically and separately as soon as the package has been sent. In the email you will also find your tracking code for delivery tracking.
You can cancel your order at any time; from the receipt of goods, you have 30 days to exercise your right of withdrawal. Please feel free to contact us via our contact form or via our email at info@nolae.de. Always include an unboxing video so that we can understand if an item is missing or incorrect. Otherwise, we will not be able to guarantee you any compensation.
Smaller packaging damages (such as scratches, creases, and dents) are excluded from complaints.
Your cancellation and right of withdrawal do not apply to opened articles or magazines.
If you have selected Klarna as your payment method, please do not open a case with Klarna, but rather contact us directly.

Since we ship all orders directly from our German warehouse, there are no customs fees or other costs as long as you live in an EU country. Delivery zone 3 and the Canary Islands are excluded. So you only pay the price that you ultimately paid in our shop.
Please check your shipment tracking after we have handed over the package to DHL. If your package is delivered to a post office or kiosk, it is likely due to an address error or because no one was available at your address. We recommend that you contact DHL to provide the complete address details and request a redelivery. You can find the phone number in the Nolae Shipment Tracking.
If your package is returned to us, you can choose between a new shipment or a refund of your order. Once your return reaches us, you will receive a notification. Please do not contact us multiple times regarding this. For international shipments, it may take several weeks for it to reach us.
Please contact us if the shipping status has not changed after 7 business days or if the shipping status shows 'delivered' but you have not received your order. Please check here with neighbors and possible drop-off locations.
We will subsequently submit an inquiry request to DHL. This may take 2-3 weeks. We will get in touch when we receive more information from DHL.
Until then, we ask for a little patience. In the event of a package loss, you will receive either a refund or a replacement delivery.
Please make sure to check during the ordering process whether your address is complete and correct. We can gladly update your address if your order has not yet been shipped. Feel free to contact us via email at info@nolae.de.

General product questions
All of our products are 100% originals and imported directly from South Korea. This is what we stand for with our name and are also official Hanteo Family Members (membership number: HF0045KPU001).
Standard:
Die Standard Version ist im Vergleich zu den anderen die “normale” Version des Albums. Diese beinhaltet normalerweise immer ein Fotobuch, eine CD, Fotokarten und meistens Mini- Poster mit weiteren kleinen Extras.
Compact:
Die Compact Version enthält weniger Extras als die Standard Version des gleichen Albums und ist in der Regel auch kleiner, weshalb diese günstiger sind. Trotz dessen enthält die Compact Version ebenfalls ein Booklet (Mini Fotobuch), eine CD, meist Mini-Poster und weitere kleine Extras.
Deluxe:
Eine Deluxe Edition hat im Allgemeinen einfach etwas mehr Extra-Inhalte als andere Versionen und ist dementsprechend teurer. Tatsächlich werden diese Bezeichnungen im Vergleich zu all den anderen selten benutzt. Eines der wenigen Beispiele wäre “BTS - BE (Deluxe Edition)”.
Digipack:
Die Digipack Version ist im Vergleich zu anderen sehr simpel. Sie sind gerade so groß wie eine CD, quadratisch und flach. Käufer bekommen eine Papierhülle, die aufgeklappt werden kann. Im Inneren ist eine CD, ein kleines Booklet mit Fotos und ein paar Extras; in den meisten Fällen ebenfalls Fotokarten und Poster.
Digital Code:
Diese Version enthält statt der üblichen CD eine “Digital Code Card” mit einem QR Code, der dem Käufer Zugriff auf eine digitale Version des Albums gibt und in manchen Fällen auch auf exklusive Videos oder digitale Fotos.
Platform:
Diese Version bestehen aus einem Fotokartenhalter aus Papier, Fotokarten und in manchen Fällen auch Sticker oder eine Postkarte. Auf der Rückseite einer Fotokarte ist ein QR Code und eine Seriennummer gedruckt. Käufer müssen die “1Takes” App herunterladen und bekommen dann mit dem Code oder der Nummer Zugriff auf digitale Inhalte: Eine Album Info, alle Tracks des Albums, digitale Fotokarten, das Musikvideo und eventuell auch exklusive Fotos und Videos. Der Fotokartenhalter ist nur ein wenig größer als die Fotokarten selbst.
Kit/Kihno:
Kihno Alben sind Versionen, die statt einer CD ein sogenanntes “Air-Kit” enthalten und meist viel kleiner sind als “normale” Versionen. In der Regel bekommen Käufer dazu ein Fotokartenset und Postkarten - kein Fotobuch. Mit dem Air-Kit erhält man Zugriff auf das digitale Album. Dafür muss das Air-Kit an das Handy angeschlossen werden und zusätzlich die passende App “KiT Player” heruntergeladen werden.
Jewel Case:
Jewel Cases sind die klassischen CDs in einer quadratischen Kunststoffhülle und enthalten nur eine CD, ein kleines Booklet und meistens Fotokarten und/oder kleinere Extras.
LP/Vinyl:
Die Abkürzung LP steht für “Long Playing” und bezeichnet in der Regel Schallplatten. Vinyl steht in diesem Fall ebenfalls für Schallplatten. Diese Art von Alben kann auch Fotobücher, Fotokarten und weitere Extras beinhalten.
Poca:
Poca ist die Abkürzung für "Photocard" und umfasst Fotokarten und einen QR-Code, mit dem du ein digitales Album herunterladen kannst. Poca Alben enthalten manchmal eine CD für Ausstellungszwecke. (Die CD ist nicht abspielbar.) Darüber hinaus ist das Poca-Album meistens so gestaltet, dass es als Rahmen verwendet werden kann, um die Fotokarte zu präsentieren. Käufer müssen sich die passende App “Pocaalbum” herunterladen und mit dieser den QR Code scannen. In der App kann man sich dann das digitale Album anhören und erhält zusätzlich auch digitale Fotos.
WeVerse:
WeVerse Alben beinhalten ebenfalls Fotokarten, einen QR Code für ein digitales Album und eventuell kleinere Extras. Käufer müssen sich die passende App “WeVerse” herunterladen und mit dieser den QR Code scannen. Dann hat man ebenfalls Zugriff auf das digitale Album und bekommt zusätzlich digitale, hochaufgelöste Fotos.
Nemo:
Nemo Versionen bestehen aus ein paar Fotokarten und einer Nemo Karte. Käufer müssen sich die passende App “Nemoz” herunterladen und mit dieser die Nemo Karte scannen. Hier gilt dasselbe wie bei den Poca und WeVerse Versionen - ein digitales Album und digitale, hochaufgelöste Fotos.
Die Poca, WeVerse und Nemo Versionen umfassen in der Regel die gleichen Inhalte (digitales Album und Fotos - keine CD), werden aber jeweils von verschiedenen Herstellern produziert.

For many albums you can choose the version online when ordering. If this is not possible, we often have no influence on which version of an album we receive. In this case, you can write us your desired version in the note field and we will try to send the version you requested. Please note that your note may cause your order to take longer to process and we cannot guarantee that your request will be fulfilled. If you explicitly state in your note that you only want to receive a certain version and would otherwise prefer to cancel, your order will be canceled free of charge in the event of unavailability.
At Nolae we always try to offer as many items as possible. Unfortunately, we are currently tied to the inventory of our Korean partners, which is why we cannot always offer everything. If you are looking for a specific item that we do not offer, please feel free to send us a message by email, using the contact form or on Instagram. If available, we will give you more detailed information or try to get the item for you.
Especially with popular items, it can happen that products are sold out. We regularly receive deliveries and renew our inventory. So there are constant restocks (some items are permanently sold out).
We recommend that you be informed directly using the button [Benachrichtigen, wenn verfügbar] on the product page as soon as the product can be ordered again.
Unfortunately, we have no influence on the contents of the products and cannot explicitly check their completeness as we do not open any goods before shipping in order to preserve the original packaging. If the content is missing, it is unfortunately a production error. Since we do not receive content from albums/products individually, in most cases we unfortunately cannot provide you with a replacement. Please note: As soon as you remove the protective film, your right of withdrawal expires and we will not exchange the product. Please provide us with an unboxing video in which you open the album seal and unpack the contents. If it is clear that something is missing, please write to us. We will then definitely find a common solution.
We pack all orders by hand and do our best to process everything correctly. But unfortunately we cannot completely rule out errors. Please do not remove the protective film and contact us immediately by email (info@nolae.de). In the email, tell us your order number and include a picture of the incorrect delivery.
Pre-order items / pre-orders
Pre-order items are products that have not yet been released. The shipping of these items will take place no earlier than the release date. You can find more detailed information in the respective product description. When ordering pre-order items, it is common to receive special content for the albums if you order during the pre-order period.
A WeVerse Gift is a gift that comes with some pre-order orders. WeVerse is the official store of Big Hit / HYBE.
Pre-order benefits are usually posters, photo cards or other merchandise items. You can find out which pre-order benefits are included with which item in the description on the respective product page.
In general, detailed information regarding pre-order benefits is usually not announced before the release date of an item, which is why we at Nolae often cannot provide more detailed information than what is already announced in the product description.
You can find the release date and the expected delivery date of the pre-order items in the product description. Since pre-order items are always sent at a later date, when purchasing with Klarna it may happen that payment is due before receipt of the order - here, too, we ask you not to open a case with Klarna.
Pre-order gifts and benefits will be sent with all orders received by the release date. Orders received after release will be sent without a pre-order gift. In individual cases, orders placed after the release date may contain pre-order gifts.
Normally all newly released products are added to our shop on the same day. If you miss a pre-order item, please feel free to contact us.
We recommend that you follow our social media account on Instagram@nolae.de , as we announce all new releases there, among other things.
If your pre-order benefit is missing from your order, you can contact us at any time using our contact form or directly via email (info@nolae.de).
If the pre-order benefit involves items that should be within your album, then this is a production error, which unfortunately we cannot do anything about as we do not open albums before shipping to preserve the item's original packaging were. In this case, you are welcome to contact us.
All items in your order are reserved for you as long as you were able to order them. In rare cases of delivery difficulties, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Since we can only offer a limited number of items, it is quite possible that an item will no longer be available in our shop at a later time.
Pre-order items are usually strictly limited. The status will be set to 'sold out' when we have reached the limited order quantity. A later restock is possible depending on the product. If an item is indeed no longer available, we will contact you via email.
payment
You can pay with us using Google & Apple Pay, credit card, instant bank transfer, Paypal or Klarna.
If your order does not contain a pre-order item and your order did not arrive within our standard delivery time, please contact us directly using our contact form and send us an email to info@nolae.de.
If your order includes a pre-order item, your order can only be shipped during the delivery period of the pre-order item specified in the product description. It may therefore happen that payment is due before receipt of the goods.
If a payment does not work, please try to select an alternative payment method and ensure that your bank or financial institution approves the payment. If you have any further problems, please contact us directly.
Don't worry, with wire transfers the payment status may show "pending" for 1-3 business days. Once the order has been fulfilled, there is nothing further to be done on your part.
Please check whether you placed your order using a different email. Your confirmation email may also have ended up in your spam folder by mistake. It can sometimes take a little longer for an order confirmation to be received.
If your order did not go through correctly and your payment has already been made, please don't worry. Your payment should arrive again in the following business days.

UwU points
The UwU Loyalty Program is our way of giving something back to you. For every euro you can collect one UwU point, which in turn allows you to receive discounts.
Here you will find a detailed list of how you can collect and redeem UwU points.
Sometimes it can take a few days for your UWU points to be credited. If you have not received an email about your points after 7 days, and they are not displayed in your account, please contact our customer support at info@nolae.de.
The voucher code is a one-time use code. We recommend adjusting the total amount of your order to the voucher code, as the remaining balance of the voucher code will expire after it has been used once.
The Random Version
For some albums we have no direct influence on which versions are sent to us. For this reason we offer some albums as “Random Versions” because we can only send you a random album version. For example, if you already have an album version and would only like to receive a specific version and would otherwise prefer a cancellation, you can enter this in the note field.
Please note that we respond to all version requests as best we can, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee specific versions.
With our mystery photo card we offer certain groups and also the “Random” selection. A Random Mystery photo card is a completely random photo card. Explicit versions and group member requests cannot be addressed here. If you would like a photo card from a specific group, we ask that you select that group (if the option is available). If the option is not available, please write it in the note field.
