Die neue Single von Seventeen und "New Kids on the Block" vereint Generationen!

You don't have to wait until October to hear new music from Seventeen! The boy group is releasing a new single tomorrow. And although every Seventeen song is something special, this is a very special project: this time the boy group is teaming up with the American boy band “New Kids on the Block” (NKOTB)!

A few hours ago, NKOTB uploaded a short teaser for the collaboration on Twitter and set off a real storm of excitement!

The comments under the tweet show general excitement and anticipation for the upcoming collaboration. Fans from both fandoms are sharing their enthusiasm about the unexpected collaboration and speculating about the nature of the project as well as the musical direction.

Many Seventeen fans also mentioned that their parents are fans of New Kids on the Block and that they are looking forward to the single together because of that. This collaboration is already bringing generations together!

"New Kids on the Block" (NKOTB) is an American boy band that was formed in the late 1980s.

The group consists of the members Donnie Wahlberg, Danny Wood, Joey McIntyre, Jordan Knight and Jonathan Knight. They were known for their catchy pop and R&B hits as well as their influence on the pop culture of that time.

With hits like "Step by Step" and "Hangin' Tough", they gained international fame and played a significant role in the development of the boy band era of the 1990s. Although they took a break in between, they have had several comebacks and still tour from time to time.

"Seventeen" is a South Korean K-pop boy group that was formed in 2015 by Pledis Entertainment.

It has 13 members: S.Coups, Jeonghan, Joshua, Jun, Hoshi, Wonwoo, Woozi, The8, Mingyu, DK, Seungkwan, Vernon and Dino. Seventeen stands out for its versatility, as the members not only perform as singers and dancers but are also involved in producing their music. Their music spans various genres, from pop and R&B to hip-hop. With hits like "Pretty U", "Don't Wanna Cry" and "Left & Right", they have won a broad international fan base and are considered one of the leading groups in K-pop.

The boy group is currently preparing for a comeback in October, so we didn't expect to hear anything new from the guys right now. But of course we are very happy about the news!

It's not Seventeen's first collaboration with a US artist.

Among other things, the singer PinkSweat$ released the song “17” almost three years ago, in which Joshua and DK from Seventeen were also involved:
