Very soon you’ll be able to watch “NCT NATION : TO THE WORLD” at home! A DVD and a digital code will be released on May 30, and a Blu-ray will follow on June 21. Of course, each comes with a stylish box filled with photobooks and all kinds of extras!
HERE’S EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE THREE BOXES YOU CAN CHOOSE FROM:
NCT - NCT NATION : TO THE WORLD CONCERT 2023 (DVD)
The DVD box is blue-grey and covered in silver lettering. First and foremost, inside you’ll find a 232-page photobook! It shows excerpts from the performances and close-ups of the individual members. The box also contains a fold-out poster, a photo set and a photocard set. Both sets consist of 19 individual pieces!
The highlight is the digipack with the 3 DVDs. They contain about 310 minutes of footage from the concert in South Korea. So soon you’ll be able to dive into the world of NCT for over 3 hours. What are you waiting for?
NCT - NCT NATION : TO THE WORLD CONCERT 2023 (SMTOWN CODE)
The SMTOWN CODE box is black. Here you’ll also find a 232-page photobook. It’s probably identical to the photobook in the DVD box, since the preview shows the same pictures. But all the other contents are different!
Besides the photobook, you get a fold-out poster, a 19-piece instant photo set, a hang tag set and an SMTOWN CODE set. With the SMTOWN CODE you can watch the 3-hour recording of the concert.
NCT - NCT NATION : TO THE WORLD CONCERT 2023 (BLU-RAY)
The Blu-ray box is silver with black lettering. Its contents are also very different from the other two boxes, but it’s just as packed! It includes a 58-page photobook, a photo ticket, a fold-out poster and a unit photocard set. The set consists of three cards.
Of course, the digipack can’t be missing either: It includes three Blu-rays with about 310 minutes of footage from the concert.
NCT NATION : TO THE WORLD
The NCT NATION : TO THE WORLD concert is not just any NCT concert, but THE NCT concert. The very first NCT concert as a whole group! It took place in August 2023 in Incheon, South Korea. Four more dates in Japan followed. Originally, all 20 members who had debuted by that point were supposed to take part in the concert. Unfortunately, Taeil had injured himself in a motorcycle accident shortly before and couldn’t be there.
So the boxes contain photos and extras of the following 19 members: Johnny, Taeyong, Hendery, Jungwoo, Yuta, Kun, Xiaojun, Mark, Renjun, Jeno, Doyoung, Jaehyun, Winwin, Jaemin, Haechan, Ten, Yangyang, Chenle & Jisung.
Really all the subunits that existed at the time were there: NCT U, NCT 127, NCT Dream, WayV and NCT DoJaeJung! (NCT WISH wasn’t there, since the unit only debuted in 2024.)
Every single unit performed a few of their songs at the concert, and Taeyong even went on stage solo with his song “Shalala”! To close, all 19 members sang hits like “Resonance”, “Beautiful” and “Golden Age” together.
The concert was streamed live and was even shown in some cinemas in December. If you missed it, the DVD and co. are your chance to finally experience it!
