KARD is one of the few co-ed groups in K-Pop. Since their debut, they have drawn attention not only with their mix of female and male members, but also with earworms like Hola Hola or Ride on the Wind. On May 24, the group returns with their new album “ICKY”, almost exactly 11 months after their last album “Re:”!
From today, you can pre-order two varied versions of ICKY in our shop: the Special Version and the Poca Album. Would you like to know which extras are waiting for you? Then you've come to the right place!
KARD - ICKY (SPECIAL VER.)
The Special Version includes a square photobook with 88 pages, protected by a stylish sleeve. The sleeve is white with a fascinating black-green pattern reminiscent of a viscous liquid.
In addition to the photobook, you get an accordion lyric book, a CD with a sleeve and a square folded poster. On top of that, it doesn't just come with one random photocard, but a complete four-piece set! There's also a postcard set, likewise with four pieces. So nothing is left to chance!
If you still have a free spot on your wall, you should order the album before the release on May 24. That way, you'll optionally get an extra poster!
Would you like to have the pictures and songs digitally? Then we can recommend the Poca Album to you:
KARD - ICKY (POCA ALBUM)
The Poca Album offers not only digital content, but above all photocards. Every Poca Album comes with a so-called QR card album and two of eight possible photocards.
The QR card album is a photocard with a QR code on the back that takes you to the digital content. ICKY has four different QR card designs; which one you get is down to chance. In addition, you get two stickers, a photo stand and an instruction manual.
There are now many different album variants with digital content:
Poca Album, Nemo, Digital Code, Kihno, Platform and more. What they have to offer and how these variants differ, we explain in our article about album versions! Do you already have digital albums? Or will ICKY be your first? Tell us in the comments!
KARD have released a total of six albums since their debut in 2017.

At the end of 2020, the group took a two-year break, during which J.Seph fulfilled his military duty. BM didn't have to go into the military because he holds not only Korean but also American citizenship. Just last year, KARD returned after the break with their fifth mini album “Re:”, including the title track “Ring The Alarm”. Recently, a digital single called “Without You” was released as well, but we're very happy that a physical album is finally coming out again at the end of May!
The first teaser for ICKY has already been uploaded on Twitter and Instagram; a poster with all four members, most of whom, however, have their backs turned to us. We're already looking forward to the first concept photos!
